Hello everyone,
I decided to add a blog to the site in an effort to include small bits of information that can be helpful in helping us achieve our weight loss goals. Since this is merely an introduction I will not say much.
One thing that I would like to say however, is to stress the importance of making changes at a moderate pace. This applies to both our diet and exercise plans.
Recently, I began working out with a friend who is training for a marathon. It may be my competitive nature, but I wanted to show that I could keep up with him. Long story short, I injured my knee and its been a couple weeks. It only seems to bother me when I run so I am pretty much stuck just doing weights. =/
Since my body was not ready for that kind of strain I suffered as a result of my mistake. Anyways, I hope everyone is keeping up with their weight loss goals all through the holidays!
