What To Do When Injured

Many of us will use exercise as a weight loss tool. While this is an excellent tool to start losing weight, the potential for injury remains high.

The reason why injury runs so high, is because we often forget to stretch properly. Other times we sacrifice form for repetitions.

When injured, it is best to allow the injured muscle/joint to rest. It is suggested that you partake in other physical activities to help stay active.

The most important thing is to not get discouraged and to continue with your weight loss efforts.
